Effective date: August 9, 2026. By using Geoduck, you agree to these terms.
Service boundary
Geoduck reports controlled responses from selected model APIs. It does not measure consumer AI applications, guarantee placement or results, or establish that a cited source caused a response. You must independently evaluate outputs before making commercial, legal, or marketing decisions.
Your responsibilities
You may submit only content you are authorized to use. You must not interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, submit unlawful content, or use results to make deceptive claims about providers, competitors, or consumers.
Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Credits expire at renewal, do not roll over, and cannot become negative. Subscription status is determined by Stripe webhooks. Prices and availability may change with prior notice where required by law.
Availability and changes
Models, provider capabilities, and features can be retired or changed. We may suspend service to protect users, comply with law, or maintain system integrity. See Model limitations and Privacy Policy.
